FCC - + +/- +BCL-2
Burkitt - + +/- bright surface Ig
MALT - - - bright surface Ig
Lymphoplasmacytic - - - bright surface Ig

Patterns:

Dim 45                                  - Blasts or Hematogones
Dim 20                                  - Usually bad disease
No Kappa or Lambda             - Precursor B
CD 4+, CD8+ and CD1+        - Thymocyte
CD 5+ and CD 19+                - Bad disease (look at Kappa and Lambda)
CD 52+ and CD 20+              - Pt treated with "Campath". usually not see +7
Bright 25                               - Do Hairy Cell Markers (See Below)
CD 13 and CD 33                   - Myeloid Markers
CD 13+ and CD 34+              - Myeloid Leukemia
CD 38 Bright                          - Plasma Cells
CD 4 + CD 8 = CD 3
CD2 = CD 3 = CD 5 = CD 7 in T cells
CD 10+ and CD 19+              - Hematogones
